At the time of rental, the provider can give directions to nearby filling stations. Any costs associated with a lack of fuel are the responsibility of the renter.
What happens if I breakdown or have an accident?
In the event that there is a breakdown or accident, Renty partners can arrange roadside assistance, 24 hours a day. The vehicle should stay in position unless the damage is minor and the car is blocking oncoming traffic. The police need to be informed after an accident so they can file a report. What services are not included in the rental price?
There are a number of services that clients are responsible for outside of the rental agreement. For crossing Salik toll gates, there is an AED 5 charge. This can be billed either at the end of the rental agreement or pre-paid beforehand using the security deposit. Car parking and associated charges are the responsibility of the renter. Any parking fines due to overstaying must also be settled by the client.
