There are many reasons to rent car Dubai. Business professionals often rent a classy motor to impress clients and give the impression of wealth and success. Many tourists hire cars to sample Dubai’s luxurious lifestyle. But our listings do not only encompass high-end supercars like Ferrari and Lamborghini. We also provide a wide range of SUVs and economy cars, which are perfect for sightseeing all that Dubai has to offer.
The common car rental services provides delivery or collection of the hire vehicle, plus a daily mileage quota. This varies from provider to provider. Supercars are often limited to 250 kilometers a day. SUVs or some other hired economy car can have a limit of around 250 to 300 kilometres per day. Exceeding the mileage limit will result in an additional fee. Additionally, customers receive car insurance, civil liability insurance, and more.
It is easy to find suitable parking all over Dubai. The city has many open-air, roadside, and underground car parks. Be aware that roadside parking meters must be used when parking in designated streets. The driver is responsible for car parking fees and any associated fines accrued.
Although some customers request this on account of our range of SUVs, we are unable to authorize off-road driving. Our rental service does not extend to off-roading. However, this is possible by contacting specialist companies in the UAE.
Our cover is comprehensive and includes life and health insurance. This applies to both the main driver and any associated passengers or second drivers. We only use reputable and established insurance agencies for our vehicle insurance.
Delivery is arranged on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, car delivery to a prearranged destination is possible. Most car rental companies in Dubai provide this service. But some may limit delivery to particular nearby locations.
The deposit will be refunded when the rental agreement has been completed. After the car is handed back in good condition and fully inspected, the deposit will be released. Customers must make a deposit when they rent a car. This is an insurance policy to cover the provider against any damage or costs. Often the deposit is paid by credit card. An amount will be held until the end of the rental agreement. Provided no damage or costs are incurred, the security deposit will be fully refunded. Please note: cars with a higher price tag will require a larger deposit than economy vehicles.
We charge rental fees on a day-to-day basis, using the 24-hour time format. For instance, a day’s car rental agreement from 14.00 hours will finish at 14.00 the following day. It is important for all customers to double-check the return date and time in order to prevent additional fees. The best advice is to reach out to our professional team and specify the details regarding the required rental period.
If a customer makes a traffic violation, a fine will be issued. Usually, car rental companies are not responsible for violations, so the driver will pay the fine. The vast majority of roads in Dubai have sophisticated speed cameras. Speed limits are clearly signposted on most thoroughfares. We recommend staying within the speed limit at all times and don't forget to notify to avoid any troubles on the road.

There is a fee of AED 5 when crossing road tolls, otherwise known as gates. Customers are billed at the end of the rental process, before handing back the vehicle. There is the option to pay any toll bills separately. But customers can also use part of their security deposit.
There are a few things not included in the rental price. The rental does not cover the use of fuel, car parking, road tolls (e.g. salik), or traffic fines. You can check out the additional information of car rental inventory on the Terms and Conditions page.

In the UAE, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) requires all rental cars to have basic insurance. Any vehicle hired through the Renty platform will be insured and ready to drive. In the unlikely event that there is an accident, the police must be contacted, who will then file a report. Basic insurance covers damage to cars by third parties only. It is possible to obtain Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at extra cost. This enhances the insurance to cover accidental damage by the driver.

And it is also possible to quote for a bespoke mileage package. In most cases, exceeding the mileage quoted will incur additional costs.
