Rental terms

Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the cruise date.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Online Payment Link, Cash, and Cryptocurrency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED currency only.
The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction for their records.

Document requirements

All customers are obliged to carry their original passport or Emirates ID with them during the trip.

Cancellation policy

Free up to 72 hours of the charter. 50% within 72 hours and up to 24 hours of the charter.

100% within 24 hours of the charter.

The Charterer has the right to cancel without the charges listed above if any of the following occur:

Weather conditions are deemed unsafe, or a warning has been issued by the coastguard.
The company fails to provide the agreed service on the day of the charter. The cancellation must be confirmed by the client before the rental time elapses.
Our qualified and experienced captains and crew are technical experts in delivering our services in these waters. As with any vessel in the world, the captain’s orders are final, and guests are expected to respect them.
Instances of anti-social or reckless behavior, etc., may result in the early termination of the charter without any refund.

Kids policy

Children are welcome as long as they are under the supervision of adults.

Pets are not permitted on board

Footwear

Footwear is not permitted to be worn on board during your charter due to safety regulations.

Rental terms during holidays / sunset time

The minimum booking time for yacht rental during sunset on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is 4 hours.

Swimming & water activities

Swimming and water activities is prohibited after sunset by Dubai Coast Guard.

Our beautiful Amotea has been finished to the high standarts by Princess Yachts in the United Kingdom offering a unique, elegant and sleek design to impress friends and family on your next charter. The fly bridge has been extended from its original design to accommodate for larger groups and come with a bluetooth audio system. The saloon is air conditioned and comes equipped with a bar and several seating areas. Amotea is located in Dubai Harbour, Gate P1, Zone BA. Boarding will open 10 minutes before your scheduled charter time.

We had an amazing and stress-free Yachting Experience with Renty! The yacht was in perfect condition, the 5 hour tour was exciting and the crew (Captain Sarad and Crew Members Prashanth and Monish) was super attentive, competent and friendly. May we choose our own cruise program?

Of course, you may. With a view to our clients, we’ve worked out a number of standard but very interesting itineraries for sightseeing in Dubai. But that is not all. Our team can also create a cruise program individually for you, after learning your preferences. If interested, leave our manager your wishlist in advance.

What is included in the charter of the yacht?

As a rule, the yacht charter includes fuel, water, ice, towels and softs. Additionally, all passengers are provided with safety equipment, a kitchen set, a fridge, and a music system with Bluetooth connection. If there is something else that you’d like to have but it wasn’t listed, please check with the manager at the time of booking.

Where can I go swimming?

You definitely don’t have to worry about that, as each developed itinerary includes pre-planned swimming stops according to the timing. We do recommend stopping in a peaceful bay in front of the well-known beachfront neighborhood JBR or swim in front of the superb Burj Al Arab Hotel.

Can I go fishing?

Absolutely. We can assist with fishing trips. All necessary equipment and tackle are available by pre-order.

How to pay for my cruise?

Cash in the office.
Online payment. When making a request, our manager will send you a booking confirmation and a payment link to proceed with a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
Bank transfer.
Crypto.

Can I rent a yacht without a captain?

Unfortunately, you can't. It is not possible to rent a yacht in Dubai without a captain. According to Dubai law, all yacht charters in the area must be operated by a licensed captain.

Are there any age restrictions to rent a yacht in Dubai?

Yes, there are some age restrictions for yacht rental in Dubai. The minimum age to rent a yacht is 21 years old. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for supervision.

What activities are available during a yacht rental in Dubai?

Speaking of activities during the yacht rental, there are plenty of options for everyone's tastes and preferences. These include water sports, fine dining, audio-video setups for conferences, and photography or video services, among others.
