The policy is distinct for each car category and type. It is stipulated in the terms and conditions page of your contract. For most cars, we operate a full to full tank policy. This means that during pick-up you will receive it with a full tank and expected to return it with the same amount of fuel.
The car wash policies are more or less similar to the fuel policy. It is a “return as you receive policy”. Renty will avail of a clean car during pick-up and will expect it back clean at the end of your contract. Please note that dirty cars will attract cleaning charges.
