Payment methods Credit/debit card, online link payment . Deposit of 50% rental coast is required.

Document requirements All customers are obliged to carry their original passport or Emirates ID with them during the trip.

Cancellation Free up to 72 hours of the charter. 50% within 72 hours and up to 24 hours of the charter. 100% within 24 hours of the charter. In case of cancellation for bad weather only, the trip can be re-scheduled, or fully refunded to the guest.

Kids Policy Children under the age of 12 must always wear a life vest on board

Pet Policy Pets are not permitted on board

Footwear Footwear is not permitted to be worn on board during your charter.

Rental during holidays / sunset time Minimum booking time for yachts during Friday, Saturday & Sunday sunset time (3pm-8pm) is 4 hours.

Boarding Boarding will open 10 minutes before your scheduled charter time.
