- 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the cruise date.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Online Payment Link, Cash, and Cryptocurrency.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED currency only.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction for their records.

- The company fails to provide the agreed service on the day of the charter. The cancellation must be confirmed by the client before the rental time elapses.
- Our qualified and experienced captains and crew are technical experts in delivering our services in these waters. As with any vessel in the world, the captain’s orders are final, and guests are expected to respect them.
- Instances of anti-social or reckless behavior, etc., may result in the early termination of the charter without any refund.

We had an amazing and stress-free Yachting Experience with Renty! The yacht was in perfect condition, the 5 hour tour was exciting and the crew (Captain Sarad and Crew Members Prashanth and Monish) was super attentive, competent and friendly. They also took wonderful pictures. Our Agents Anastasia and Tatiana were extremely helpful and made organization a breeze (we had some delicious Sushi on Board). May we choose our own cruise program?
Of course, you may. With a view to our clients, we’ve worked out a number of standard but very interesting itineraries for sightseeing in Dubai. But that is not all. Our team can also create a cruise program individually for you, after learning your preferences. If interested, leave our manager your wishlist in advance.
What is included in the charter of the yacht?
As a rule, the yacht charter includes fuel, water, ice, towels and softs. Additionally, all passengers are provided with safety equipment, a kitchen set, a fridge, and a music system with Bluetooth connection. If there is something else that you’d like to have but it wasn’t listed, please check with the manager at the time of booking.
Where can I go swimming?
You definitely don’t have to worry about that, as each developed itinerary includes pre-planned swimming stops according to the timing. We do recommend stopping in a peaceful bay in front of the well-known beachfront neighborhood JBR or swim in front of the superb Burj Al Arab Hotel.
Can I go fishing?
Absolutely. We can assist with fishing trips. All necessary equipment and tackle are available by pre-order.
How to pay for my cruise?
- Cash in the office.
- Online payment. When making a request, our manager will send you a booking confirmation and a payment link to proceed with a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
- Bank transfer.
- Crypto.
Can I rent a yacht without a captain?
Unfortunately, you can't. It is not possible to rent a yacht in Dubai without a captain. According to Dubai law, all yacht charters in the area must be operated by a licensed captain.
Are there any age restrictions to rent a yacht in Dubai?
Yes, there are some age restrictions for yacht rental in Dubai. The minimum age to rent a yacht is 21 years old. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for supervision.
What activities are available during a yacht rental in Dubai?
Speaking of activities during the yacht rental, there are plenty of options for everyone's tastes and preferences. These include water sports, fine dining, audio-video setups for conferences, and photography or video services, among others.
