I rented a car in the End of December 2021. Until this date I haven’t got my deposit back (14.04.2022). Several interactions as messages through the WhatsApp customer support haven’t been successful. Promises that they will be handling the situation as soon as possible where all a lie. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to rent a car here. Close to 5 months in and still nothing happens. I will contact the legal department of the government and hope to find justice in this way.

We needed 3 cars for a photoshoot, delivered and picked up on time. Extremely professional team where they are just focused on giving great service vs trying to create issues to make extra money. Will 100% use them again.

I haven't seen such beautiful cars for a long time. They have an excellent car park. The cars are well maintained and expensive, it was cool to drive one of them. By the way, the prices are surprisingly normal, I thought it would be more expensive

Thanks to Suheib for a good job. I've rented a car here twice and was pleased both times. We were treated to delicious tea, even sat inside almost every car. Rejoiced like a child. The best car rental company in Dubai
