AN HONEST REVIEW FOR AN HONEST EXPERIENCE.
Firstly guys DOCUMENT YOURSELF, I red so many and so many reviews about different agencies before renting here (even reviews written 5 years ago I red it, you have to know who you are dealing with it's important). At first sight you are afraid because you notice that some clients got a good experience and others horrible so you hesitate, this brings you to the second step.
Secondly, ASK SOMEONE WHO HAS ALREADY RENTED IN THE AGENCY. As far as I'm concerned I was recently working with a guy who has already been 7 times to Dubai and he always rent with VIP Rent A Car for his trips. We worked 5 months together so I asked him a lot of questions about supercars agencies in Dubai and he was often answering : "You can go to VIP Rent a Car the eyes closed, this is the best car rental agency in Dubai". This brings you to the third step.
Thirdly, THE CAR. I rented 2 different cars in 5 days an Audi R8 Spyder an a Ferrari F8 Spider.
Both were delivered to my hotel and the delivery is included in the price. Service first !
Nevertheless the Audi R8 has had a lot of damages :
- The rear diffuser was broken on each sides.
- A lot of scratches on the paint.
- The tyre pressure light was on.
- Etc....
On one hand this was not objectively a "problem" to drive the car but on the other hand it was sad because these cars deserve to go the garage every time there is a problem. This is supercars you know, on my opinion supercars need superservice.
The Ferrari was the opposite :
- Very good condition.
- Brand new.
- Carbon seats were incredible.
- But the button to put the top up/down was missing ??? It's a Ferrari, how is it possible guys come on 🥺...
Fourthly, THE CONTRACT. 250 kilometers per day are included in your contract. I rented cars all around the world and I have never seen an agency providing such this amount of kilometers. Personally I went to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with the R8 and I didn't use my full amount of kilometers.
The deposit is given you back after 21 days due to fines you may have (speed excess for instance).
Last thing THE SERVICE, what makes a good company isn't the company itself but the people working inside it so :
- Hats off to Jessica who is a providing a very professional management, available at absolutely any time on whats app.
- Thanks to Simon and Robert these guys are putting you in good confidence.

I had an amazing experience renting a Shelby black, yellow Mustang, Audi r8, and G63 from VIP car rental Al-Barsha in Dubai! This company is top-notch - super professional and incredibly flexible.
