Amazing service and loved their support staff who round the clock provide updates on road safety (speed, location etc). At first thought it was annoying, but gave it a thought and it actually made good sense as a warning to the driver and for their car.
Pick up and drop service along with Inspection done by Mr. Tahir was top class. Very prompt.
Would recommend their cars, especially service. Wish they can start rental to Oman, Saudi for longer drives.

During my rental period, I unfortunately damaged the wheels of the Audi E-tron due to poor visibility caused by rainy weather. However, the company's handling of the situation was commendable. Highly recommended car rental company. They made bookings easy & their price point is very affordable compared to other companies. We rented a 7 seater Kia carnival for 3 days & the car was in excellent condition. Delivery & pickup services was great as we stayed in Damac Hills 2. No hidden charges.
I rented a Hyundai Staria for 4 days a week ago. The car was brand new with only 2k km mileage.
As we arrived at the airport the car was already waiting for us with 3 baby seats as we asked them.
Very friendly manager Ilmira helped us with all our questions.
Flying home, we left the car in the parking lot following the manager's instructions and safely flew home.
As for the suggestions, it would be good if the employee handing over the car would provide recommendations on the parking rules in the city, as for those arriving for the first time, it can sometimes be difficult to understand the rules of paid parking and payment conditions.

Very good experience with this company. I rent 3 cars during 1 week. Each one was delivered to my hotel and without any Deposit as advertised. A video of the car was made by the driver and sent to me before leaving it to me. Cars were very clean even if the white G63 had some Electronic issues (air bag).
Price is average but service is top !
