It was a pleasure renting from SUPERIOR CAR RENTAL. The company responded promptly to all my questions regarding pricing, availability and insurance coverage. I initially reserved a Rolls Royce Wraith but was upgraded to a Rolls Royce Dawn (convertible) due to the Wraith rental being extended by the prior renter last minute.The Rolls Royce Dawn was delivered to my hotel by TANBIR, who did a walk around of the vehicle with me to confirm the condition of the car as well as provide me with a general overview of the features of the vehicle. Overall, I was satisfied with the service of the company. I will be renting with SUPERIOR CAR RENTAL in the future when I return to Dubai.

This is a great rental agency and what makes them great is their service! Smooth, professional and really efficient. I dealt with Stephanie and Marina a d both were just excellent. Friendly, helpful and whe. They said they would deliver the car at a time they were there and their advice and help was really great! I’m definitely using them again!

This company is highly recommended. They are so professional, since the first chat on WhatsApp, to the call, to professional finalization of the deal, to the punctuality of delivery on time as per request.. Until the unnecessary follow up from a supervisor that everything is going smooth.. Everything was so great. The vehicle experience with Maserati great as well. But again Maserati as a vehicle is available everywhere but Professional team running the business is rare to find.. I believe this is the comfort a client is always looking for.. My experience with Superior car rental was exceptional from the very beginning. To start with, they have the best prices. I had shopped around and didn’t find any company that matched their rates. Communication was super easy and from the first seconds I could feel that their priority is for their customers to have FUN. No unnecessary headaches, no complications! They were helpful and easy to reach at any time of the day. The level of flexibility they showed made me decide to extend for another day and of course, they made that easy too!
