Payment methods Credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, crypto. Deposit of 50% rental cost required. Visa and Master Card will be accepted in AED currency. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction.

Document requirements All customers are obliged to carry their original passport or Emirates ID with them during the trip.

Cancellation 50% of the booking value retained up to 72hrs prior to the charter time and date. 100% of booking value retained within 72hrs of the booking time and date. The Charterer has the right to cancel free of the listed charges above if any of the following occur: • Weather is deemed unsafe, or a warning has been issued by the coastguard. • Company fail to provide an agreed operation aspect of the charter on the day of the charter. • Cancelations must be confirmed by the client prior to the charter time lapsing. Ours qualified & experienced Captains & crew are the technical experts in delivering our charter product in these waters. As with any vessel on the globe, the captain’s orders are final & guests should be respectful of that. Instances of anti-social or reckless behavior etc. may result in early termination of your charter without any refund.

Kids Policy Children are welcome as long as they are under the supervision of adults.

Pet Policy Pets are not permitted on board.

Swimming Kindly note: swimming is prohibited after sunset by Dubai Coast Guard rules.

Footwear Footwear is not permitted to be worn on board during your charter.

Rental during holidays / sunset time Minimum booking time for yachts during Friday, Saturday & Sunday sunset time is 4 hours. Footwear is not permitted to be worn on board during your charter.
