The pickup and return policy depends on the type of car you are renting, the number of days you will rent it and partner policies. We deliver luxury cars at no additional fee. If you are renting a standard or economy car, you will need to pick and return it to us. If you are not able to pick or deliver it, we will charge an extra fee to have the car delivered or picked from where you are.
We care about your safety and we always ensure that all safety measures are in place before renting you the car. However, we always advise our clients to also inspect the car before taking it. Check if the car has any dents, scratches and any other damage before taking it from us. You also need to ensure that you have an inflated spare tire and the tools required to replace a flat tire.
